Family Movie Giveaway!

Who doesn't love Charlie Brown, The Grinch, or Rudolph?

We have teamed up with Warner Brothers to offer a great last minute giveaway for our readers. To qualify, just leave a comment and tell us your favorite Christmas television special.

We will give you a copy of Peanuts Deluxe Holiday Collection, Classic Christmas Favorites or Dr. Seuss’s Deluxe Holiday Collection on Blu-ray to give for Fresh Daily Bread's readers! (Prize will be chosen randomly from the above Blu-ray titles!)

The contest will end December 18th at midnight EST. The winner must send me your address within 24 hours or a new winner will be chosen. No PO boxes please.

  1. My favorite is "Santa Claus is Coming to town." But the Grinch is a close second. I can't find either in the stores. I have to say, though, I find Rudolph disturbing. I won't let my girls watch it. His father and even Santa won't accept him because he's different, until they realize he can help them. Maybe I analyze it too much, but I just don't like the message it sends.

  2. I'm a sucker for Charlie Brown! Really have to scour the guides to be sure not to miss it - there's just something too perfect in the anoemic little tree, the music and Linus with his soliloquy.

I'm sharing this via twitter --

  3. I love Rudolph the best. The elf who wants to be a dentist and the Abominable Snowman make me smile. But do you remember the Christmas specials for the Donny & Marie show? I always loved them bringing out their family, which was MASSIVE, and singing Christmas carols :)

  4. I used to LOVE Donnie and Marie --Especially their Christmas specials.

  5. Okay, I'm trying it Gaele's way and we'll see if it works. I LOVE the Grinch. He's always been my favorite, but the Year Without a Santa Claus is a close second. I always liked Heat Miser and Cold Miser getting smacked down by their momma. ;)

  6. How has no one mentioned the GRISWOLD"s Christmas. So funny!!!!! I have been watching a lot of the Hallmark movies this year... there are a couple decent ones. One of the most touching... The Christmas Shoes. Criedmy eyes out.

  7. Charlie Brown is our favorite

  8. My favorite was Frosty the Snowman, loved when that show comes one during the holidays!
